Saludos cordiales a la inmensa comunidad multifacética y entusiastas de HIVE, mi nombre es Jesús, de profesión docente en el área de la Educación Física con un estudio de Maestría en Educación. Egresado de la ilustre Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador “Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa” de la ciudad de Barquisimeto – Venezuela, en el año 2006 y 2011.
“A cordial greeting to the immense multifaceted and enthusiastic community of HIVE, my name is Jesus, a teacher in the area of Physical Education with a Master's degree in Education. I graduated from the illustrious Universidad Pedagogic Experimental Libertador "Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa" in the city of Barquisimeto - Venezuela, in 2006 and 2011”.
Un poco de mi historia personal y profesional, desde niño he sido muy curioso en el arte de aprender a reparar objetos, aprender oficios comunes, tanto así que entre los que me logro desenvolver y desempeñar están; técnico en refrigeración, electricidad, plomería, un poco de construcción, carpintería, entre otros. De igual manera a mi corta edad era un practicante activo de los deportes como el futbol, voleibol, el beisbol siendo este último mi deporte favorito hasta el punto de convertirme en profesor entrenador de la disciplina y llevar la dirección técnica por unos 11 años de equipos en categorías menores, como también representar a la universidad en juegos estudiantiles de educación superior, deporte del cual guardo innumerables anécdotas, experiencias, vivencias y amistades hasta el presente.
“A little of my personal and professional history, since childhood I have been very curious in the art of learning to repair objects, learn common trades, so much so that among those that I manage to develop and perform are; refrigeration technician, electrical, plumbing, a little construction, carpentry, among others. Similarly at my young age I was an active practitioner of sports such as soccer, volleyball, baseball being the latter my favorite sport to the point of becoming a teacher trainer of the discipline and take the technical direction for about 11 years of teams in minor categories, as well as representing the university in student games of higher education, sport of which I keep countless anecdotes, experiences, experiences and friendships to the present”.
Mi vida profesional ha sido dedicada a la docencia, carrera a la cual le entregué 25 años de mi vida con orgullo, y satisfacciones al saber que fui un aporte significativo a todos esos niños, jóvenes, adolescentes y adultos; a quienes en sus momentos pasaron por mi cancha deportiva, mi aula de clases. Durante esos 25 años de carrera fui logrando completar estudios, ejercer cargos educativos, desde ser docente de (preescolar, escuela, secundaria y universitaria) hasta director de plantel, siempre llevando conmigo el lema de que “el cielo es el límite”
“My professional life has been dedicated to teaching, a career to which I gave 25 years of my life with pride, and satisfaction in knowing that I was a significant contribution to all those children, youth, adolescents and adults, who in their moments passed through my sports field, my classroom. During those 25 years of career I was able to complete studies, hold educational positions, from being a teacher (preschool, school, high school and university) to being a school principal, always carrying with me the motto that "the sky is the limit".
Sin embargo, cuando ya me encontraba en mi proceso de retiro formal de las aulas de clase y disponerme a un descanso académico, de la nada y repentinamente llega a mí esta corriente, este movimiento disruptivo que se aventuraba como un rompimiento de los esquemas tradicionales conocidos hasta ese entonces. Siendo a mediados del año de 2015 escucho por primera vez las palabras y frases; Bitcoin, blockchain, Web3, minería, y pare de contar. Esto causo en mí un corto circuito mental y preguntarme ¿qué es esto?, debo investigar, y así me inicie en la exploración de este mundo disruptivo.
“However, when I was already in my process of formal retirement from the classroom and ready for an academic break, out of nowhere and suddenly comes to me this current, this disruptive movement that ventured as a break from the traditional schemes known until then. Being in the middle of the year 2015 I hear for the first time the words and phrases; Bitcoin, blockchain, Web3, mining, and stop counting. These caused in me a mental short circuit and ask myself what is this, I must investigate, and so I started in the exploration of this disruptive world”.
Contando en esto con la influencia de un amigo y colega que fue principalmente quien me insistió en el tema, tanto así de que forme parte de un grupo de entusiastas que se encontraban por todo el país llevando las buenas nuevas de la tecnología blockchain. Me convertí en un representante de mi estado, de la comunidad, de los entornos sociales y radiales, participando en programas, charlas, ponencias en universidades de reconocida trayectoria local, instituciones gubernamentales entre otras.
“Counting in this with the influence of a friend and colleague who was mainly who insisted me on the subject, so much so that I was part of a group of enthusiasts who were all over the country bringing the good news of blockchain technology. I became a representative of my state, of the community, of social and radio environments, participating in programs, talks, lectures in universities of recognized local trajectory, governmental institutions among others”.
¿Cómo llegue a Hive?
Como lo mencione anteriormente, gracias a mi amigo y colega de profesión @profedgar, quien, con su insistencia en la búsqueda de información, de seguir nuevas tendencias, nuevos grupos, de investigar, asistimos a uno de los eventos llevados a cabo por la comunidad HIVE en la ciudad, donde participamos en las exposiciones con detalle de lo que se trataba el proyecto, su visión, alcances, oportunidades y más. Quedando impresionado debo confesar por la estupenda presentación de la amiga y señorita @soy-laloreto, a quien presento mis respetos, muy profesional en el tema. Y bueno a tal punto de que muy gustosamente, agradablemente fui invitado a participar en el proyecto a través de las clases “Hive desde cero”, donde actualmente me estoy formando y aprendiendo de las maravillas de Hive.
How did I get to Hive?
As I mentioned before, thanks to my friend and professional colleague @profedgar, who with his insistence in the search for information, to follow new trends, new groups, to investigate, we attended one of the events held by the HIVE community in the city, where we participated in the presentations in detail of what the project was about, its vision, scope, opportunities and more. Being impressed I must confess by the great presentation of the friend and miss @soy-laloreto, to whom I pay my respects, very professional on the subject. And well to the point that very gladly, pleasantly I was invited to participate in the project through the "Hive from scratch" classes, where I am currently training and learning about the wonders of Hive.
