Como saben la mayoría hoy ya vuelve a su vía cotidiana luego de un fin de semana largo, así que el día de ayer aproveche de hacer las comprar necesarias para la semana, como saben últimamente he mejorado mi alimentación así que me toca buscar unos sustitutos a ciertas comidas que consumía en mi día a día.
Ayer mi compañero de compras fue mi hermano menor, estábamos algo aburridos de estar en la casa y decidimos ir caminando hasta el supermercado que tenemos más cerca, así caminar y despejarnos un poco del ambiente que había en la casa, a demás mi hermano también está intentando seguir mi diesta saludable así que entre los dos nos ayudábamos a ver qué era mejor para implementar en nuestro día a día.
