!. Continuando mi serie de prácticas ahora me enfoque en el front Lever pero está vez para realizarlo bien retraído ya que es la manera correcta de realizar este tipo de movimientos y como lo necesito para lograr otros movimientos avanzados busco la limpieza en el mismo, termine con ejercicios de triceps y hablé un rato con amigos del parque, sin más que agregar nos vemos en el siguiente reporte.
