Buenos dias a todos, sabiendo que hoy es sabado, el cual pertenece a la semana santa, bueno en definitiva es un dia mas, asi que para este despertar o sea para desayunar, como siempre con conducta, huevo revuelto, aguacate cortado en trozos pequeños, pero con la diferencia de que esta ves lo acompaño con jugo verde, el cual lo elavore con pepino, rucula y un pedacito pequeño de ajo, para no perder la costumbre, es un desayuno que lo concidero muy especial por todo el contenido que tiene y por el bien que me hace el mismo, mas cuando de alguna manera o otra nos estamos cuidando, como digo siempre en la medida que podemos.
La verdad que con todo esto, me hace sentir muy bien, tanto asi que ni siquiera me da ganas de almorzar, bueno sabemos que en todo esto no tenemos que abusar de lo que consumimos, para estar en forma jajaja.
