Making Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice ) For Dinner

    Hi all! This time I want to cook fried rice. Fried rice is a menu of rice cooked with several spices added with scrambled eggs, sausage and vegetables. Not much oil is used. Saute the spices then add all the ingredients and stir until the spices are evenly distributed. My father helps me cook. I cook fried rice for dinner. So, what are the ingredients and how to make it?

    The ingredients are: Rice, eggs, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of mustard greens, soy sauce, 3 cloves of shallots, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 chili, shrimp paste and salt.

    How to make: Add the shallots, garlic, chilies, shrimp paste and salt to a mortar and blend. Chop mustard greens and sausage. Prepare a frying pan and oil, turn on medium heat, then break the eggs and fry scrambled. Then, fry the sausages so they don't stick. Then, saute the ground spices until fragrant.

    After that, add rice, eggs, sausage and mustard greens, add soy sauce then stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Once everything is mixed well, turn off the stove and the fried rice is ready to be served.

    It feels good. But… not salty enough. Looks like I have to study again. Actually, I want the fried rice to be topped with sunny side up egg. But, the egg broke before it was cooked. In my opinion, cooking fried rice is tiring. Why? Because stirring a lot of rice in the pan makes my hands sore. Maybe because I'm not used to it.
