Here's our progress report on our last week's endeavours :
BEFORE & AFTER
We changed the mutee card designs to incorporate the sizes. We are yet to push this update to production. This change was made to keep the card designs of bigger sized mutees the same.
We finalised the CDN we'll be using for our project. Once that was done we uploaded quite a few images to it. We will try to upload the rest this week after making some tweaks here and there. Using CDN will make the loading time of the website much much faster.
The work on sending mutees inside the game is almost done. We will be testing it this week and if no bugs are found, we will create the UI for it and push it live.
Adventure game has been built and is being tested for bugs.
We found a few bugs in the Arena game APIs. They are being worked on. The initial release will be void of the round timers so that we can test the game in phases after launch.
As for WORLD, we have created a scenario builder. To put it simply, it lets us create and deploy NPCs anywhere in the game while assigning it various attributes, all in one place.
We will now be able to upload the NPCs' sprite sheet in one place, add the map in which those NPCs will appear, add their dialogues, actions and the quests they will give.
NPC scenario builder will evolve into NPC quest builder as we develop it further.
Though the appearance remains the same but the way it has been deployed has changed. This will now help us save time in adding a lot of NPCs that are present in Rangat and other maps.
