Recipe Ingredients-
- Rohu Carp fish

- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First I took pieces of Rohu Carp fish, then seasoned it with light salt, turmeric and chili powder.
Then I placed a pan on the stove and poured oil and heated it, then fried the fish and took it out again.
After that I lightly fried the onions in that oil, then added all the spices including ginger garlic paste and added a little water to grind it.
Then sliced the tomato and re-grinded it. Then sliced beans, potatoes and onion sprouts.
I mixed all the ingredients with masala and then added light water for broth and covered everything for some time.
Remove the lid and add the fried fish, raw chillies and coriander leaves. When the broth thickens, I take it out for serving.
