Hola mi gente linda de lifestyle espero estén muy bien, feliz inicio de semana para todos!
Les cuento que hoy fui parte de una actividad en la que nunca habia tenido oportunidad de participar y fue una linda experiencia que me hizo conectar con mi parte espiritual.
En la institución en donde laboro, realizaron un Viacrucis, es una actividad que consiste en pasar por 15 estaciones que representan la pasión, muerte y resurrección de Jesucristo.
Cada parada se hizo en uno de los departamentos, en dónde todos tenían una mesa con imágenes de la virgen y otros santitos y uno de los integrantes de ese departamento realizaba la lectura de cada estación.
En mi caso, tuve la oportunidad de leer la cuarta estación y todos los acompañantes rezaron un padre nuestro, un ave María y un gloria.
Así así recorrimos todas las estaciones, finalizamos con un pequeño compartir y las palabras y canticos de la coral de la iglesia nuestra señora de la Candelaria.
Me gustó esta linda experiencia y es muy bonito poder compartir este tipo de actividades con los compañeros del trabajo y unirnos en actividades religiosas y recreacionales.

I tell you that today I was part of an activity in which I had never had the opportunity to participate and it was a nice experience that made me connect with my spiritual part.
In the institution where I work, they made a Stations of the Cross, it is an activity that consists of going through 15 stations that represent the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Each stop was made in one of the departments, where everyone had a table with images of the Virgin Mary and other saints and one of the members of that department read each station.
In my case, I had the opportunity to read the fourth station and all the companions prayed an Our Father, a Hail Mary and a Glory Be.
We went through all the stations, ending with a little sharing and the words and songs of the Our Lady of Candelaria church choir.
I liked this nice experience and it is very nice to be able to share this kind of activities with my co-workers and join in religious and recreational activities.
