    🍁🍁Ingredients🍁🍁

    🍀- Flour (Maida) - 500 grams (5 cups)
    ☘️- Refined oil - 125 grams (slightly more than half a cup)
    🍀- Carom seeds (Ajwain) - 1 teaspoon
    ☘️- Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste
    🍀- Oil for frying

    🍁🍁Instructions for making Crispy Snacks🍁🍁

    1. First, sift the flour (maida) into a bowl

    1. Add refined oil, salt, and carom seeds (ajwain) to it and mix well using your hands.

    1. Gradually add a little water while kneading the dough until it becomes firm.

    1. Apply some oil on the dough, cover it, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes, your dough is ready. Shape the dough into small discs without applying too much pressure as pressing too hard can make them fluffy instead of crispy.
