Exploring New Areas By Walking

Don't forget to bring your sportswear, and have fun walking.

I'm excited to explore new areas! Since I've been living a healthier lifestyle, of course I don't forget my sportswear wherever I go.

When I'm in a new area, I'll happily explore the place. If I stay longer in the new area, I'll take a morning walk in the area. Or an afternoon walk is also very enjoyable while waiting for the sunset in the area.

I prepared my sportswear, as well as my favorite pair of sports shoes that I usually wear for outdoor sports. I then got ready to explore the areas around my new place to stay.

I was very happy because the area I just visited still had rice fields. Although the area I visited this time was quite developed, there were lots of housing estates here, but the area here still had rice fields that were suitable for walking in the morning or in the afternoon.

Look at the beautiful rice field area. I grew up in the rice field area. Even when I was little, my late mother took me to work in the rice field to plant rice. That's why the rice field area has a special meaning for me, like a memory that always sticks in my mind.

I also saw the rice field owners chasing away birds when I was walking this morning. When the rice plants have produced grains of rice, it is a busy time for farmers. Especially when harvest time is almost here. Birds like to come in droves to eat the grains of rice. If farmers don't chase away the birds, the harvest could fail because the rice has been eaten by the birds.

The sun is starting to rise. I enjoy my body bathed in warm sunlight and it feels refreshing. In addition to rice fields, the area around here also has many plants that I can see, such as fruit plants.

There are coconut trees, banana trees, longan fruit and so on. These plants are plants that are easily found in the area around here, tropical plants.

An hour and more for walking this morning

Another thing that makes me happy is that the people around here are very friendly. When I passed them while walking, they did not hesitate to greet me first. I felt very enjoyable today. So don't forget to bring your sports clothes even though you are visiting another place and exploring the area on foot. Let's don't be afraid to sweat and stay enthusiastic.
