Today i would like to share Restaurant style Chilli Paneer Recipe. Personally it my favourite, i love to have chinese food at anytime especially homemade. As an extremely popular indo chinese recipe made with paneer cubes and diced capsicum. With no sauces today i made chilli panner just by adding Ching chinese masala as it gives amazing ans delicious flavour.

Ingredients 📃
For making Paneer
• 2 lites of Fresh Milk.
• 1 tbsp of Citric Acid.
For gravy
• 2 sliced Chopped onion.
• 1 sliced Chopped Capsicum.
• 3 cloves of garlic.
• 2 inch of garlic.
• 4 tbsp of cornstarch.
• 1 tbsp of black pepper Powder.
• Pinch of Red food colour.
• Ching's chinese masala.
• Salt to taste.
• water as required.
• Oil of frying.
HomeMade Cottage Cheese(Paneer)
I always prefer homemade paneer, as it contain no preservatives. As Homemade paneer is fresh and cheaper too. Hardly it takes 10 minute to make paneer.
Add 1 litre of milk to the pot,Let the milk come to a boil at high flame, until it starts foaming and rising,now add the citric acid close the Flame. The milk will begin to curdle immediately.Continue to stir the milk to help keep it from sticking to the pot.
After the milk has fully curdled completely. Then immediately pour the mixture into the lined strainer. Pressed with the spoon to remove the water. Your Paneer is ready.
Cut into the cubes.
Process 🧑🍳
In a bowl take cornstarch, add salt to taste, Next add water as required. With a spoon mix well to get a smooth batter without any lumps. Add paneer cubes in the batter. With a spoon, gently coat the paneer cubes with the batter.
Heat the oil in a kadai, at medium flame place the batter coated paneer cubes in the oil. Fry untill it get golden brown in colour. Don't over cook the paneer cubes.
In the same pan, there will be some oil left, saute the Garlic for 30 sec, add the sliced onion and Capsicum, Stir it at medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. At low flame add the Ching's chinese Chilli panner Masala, so no need to add extra sauces as masala itself contain everything.
Add water and mix well. Let the chilli sauce mixture come to a simmer, add the cornstarch slurry to the mixture to make the gravy thicker. Add the fried panner cubes, at medium flame cooked until the gravy become thicker.
Now serve thr hot chilli panner with fried Rice or Parantha or Roti(Indian Bread)
