    Good morning to all my Hive friends! How are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I have an exciting culinary creation to share with you—a delightful fusion of flavors where delicious noodles meet the comforting embrace of roti. This innovative dish brings together the best of both worlds, creating a unique and mouthwatering experience.

    Imagine crafting a scrumptious noodle filling and encasing it within a soft and flavorful roti. By adding a medley of vegetables, we not only enhance the dish's nutritional value but also create a special treat for vegetarians.

    What's more, this dish can be prepared with ease, making it perfect for both novice and experienced cooks alike.

    Required Ingredients...

    🍀 Wheat flour 250g.
    🍀 Instant noodles 100g
    🍀 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
    🍀 1 teaspoons of chili powder.
    🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
    🍀 Salt to taste.
    🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

    🍀 Two chopped green chilli pods.
    🍀 Some finely chopped cabbage.
    🍀 A little chopped onion.
    🍀 chopped curry leaves.
    🍀 water.
    🍀 Coconut oil for frying.

    Method of making.

    First, boil the noodles well.

    Then take a pot and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. After the oil is hot, add onions, curry leaves, chili powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well for about a minute.

    Then add soy sauce, cabbage pieces and boiled noodles to it and cook for about 2 minutes and remove from the stove.

    Then to prepare a flour dough, add some wheat flour to a bowl and add a little salt and water little by little to make a flour dough.

    Then thin the dough with a rolling pin. as follows.

    Then take the prepared noodle mixture into the thinned dough and add little by little and fold it as shown in the images below.

    Then take a pan and put it on the stove and add about 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to it.Once the oil is hot, add the prepared roti and fry until golden.

    Now, in this way, this delicious and nutritious roti is ready. You can enjoy it during tea time or as a satisfying breakfast option.
