Hoy realizamos la reunion con los miembros de full urban y algunos nuevos invitados que son interesados en ingresar al grupo y por lo tanto a la plataforma de #hive, lo primero es mostrarle lo que hacemos con la música y nuestra forma de trabajar y todo los trabajos que hemos echo dentro de la blockchain. La idea es que las personas entiendan es que Hive no es solo para monetizar es un mundo lleno de oportunidades que solo debemos aprender a trabajar y utilizarlo de la mejor manera, algunas personas tenemos que motivarlas más que otras y explicarle desde el principio la monetización ya que ellos creen que solo publican y ya.
We must explain from the beginning that within Hive we will have ups and downs, sometimes you can achieve high votes and other times no one will vote for you, however you can not get discouraged and must continue publishing, that is where we realize if it is worth all the effort of work that is done with a person. It is rewarding when you teach someone to work and they stay within the platform and it has happened to me that I work with people that when I teach them to make the posts they work better than me. Those are the things that are rewarding for you when working with new people.
Debemos explicar desde el principio que dentro de Hive tendremos altas y bajas, algunas veces puedes lograr votaciones altas y otras ocasiones nadie te votara sin embargo no pueden desanimarse y deben seguir publicando, es ahí donde nos damos cuenta si vale todo el esfuerzo de trabajo que se realiza con una persona. Es gratificante cuando enseñas a alguien a trabajar y se queda dentro de la plataforma y me ha pasado que trabajo con persona que al enseñarlos hacer los post trabajan de mejor manera que uno. Son esas cosas las que son gratificantes para uno al momento de trabajar con gente nueva.
