    Forgiveness is really important, but I got to admit, it's not always easy for me. When we forgive someone who hurt us, it's like letting go of a heavy weight. Holding onto grudges and anger can make us feel stressed out and even sick. So, forgiving can help us feel better and move on.

    Forgiveness isn't just about saying it's okay when someone does something wrong. It's about finding peace for ourselves. It's like closing a chapter and starting fresh. When we forgive, it can bring healing and fix relationships too.

    But forgiving isn't always simple. Sometimes, when someone hurts us really bad, it's hard to let go of the pain and anger. It feels like we're letting them off the hook or betraying ourselves. It takes a lot of courage and understanding to forgive, especially when we've been hurt deeply.

    And there are times when forgiving might not be the best idea. Like, if someone keeps hurting us over and over again without feeling sorry, it's important to protect ourselves and set boundaries.

    Forgiveness is a journey. It's okay if it takes time to forgive completely. What matters is that we're open to forgiveness and willing to work towards it. Forgiving can bring us peace and help us build better relationships with others.

    I find it really easy to forgive because it gives me peace of mind and I feel free. Holding grudges takes a lot of energy and time, which I do not have. I remember a time when I was in secondary school someone offended me and I now stopped talking to the person, always angry whenever the person is around, holding unnecessary grudge with the person. At that period of time, I was really uncomfortable even with myself, but when we sort things out and I forgave the person I felt like a burden had been lifted off my shoulder.
