Good morning Vegan friends.. How are you today? I hope you are healthy and happy to welcome Christmas and New Year.
This morning I want to share a simple and healthy recipe. With various vegetable fillings, it certainly contains lots of vitamins for the body.
I call it lucky vegetable.
This time I cooked a dish with various fillings in it. I also added vermicelli noodles as additional protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce of pakco mustard greens
- 1 ounce of young corn
- 1 carrot
- 1 pack of vermicelli noodles
Seasoning ingredients:
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
- 1 candlenut
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt, sugar and flavoring.
Cooking instructions:
- Slice the baby corn into small pieces.
- Then cut the carrots according to taste.
- For the pak choi, I only cut the stem.
- Then I grind the spices using a manual grinder. Grind the shallots, garlic, pepper and candlenuts.
- Then prepare a pan with a little oil and heat it over medium heat. then saute the spices that we ground earlier. saute until it emits a distinctive aroma.
- Add seasonings such as salt and sugar and flavorings to the stir fry. Then add 1500 ml of water to the stir fry.
Then cook until the water boils. and put carrots, baby corn into the boiling spices. cook until carrots and baby corn are cooked. Once cooked. Add the washed pak choy mustard greens. Then correct the taste and turn off the heat.
Lucky vegetables are ready to be served with vermicelli noodles.
Soak the noodles in vegetable broth, and wait for the noodles to cook. and ready to be served.
