Walking Through El Recreo Shopping Center

Active on the street, I do not know how many hours it will take me, today's activity, I head to the Centro Comercial el Recreo, located in the east of the capital. Caracas is a cosmopolitan city, as we walk through its streets and avenues, we notice the influx of people from different countries and diverse cultures, who come and go from one place to another with great security. The agitation of people is constant, its roads are full of businesses, the noise of the horns of vehicles, the agitated people, and the noise of motorcycles make this place very particular, its movement is constant.

Caminando Por El Centro Comercial El Recre

Activa en la calle, no sé cuántas horas me va a llevar, la actividad de hoy, me dirijo al Centro Comercial el Recreo, ubicado en el este de la capital. Caracas es una ciudad cosmopolita, al transitar por sus calles y avenidas, notamos la afluencia de personas de distintos países y diversas culturas, que van y vienen de un lugar a otro con mucha seguridad. La agitación de persona es constante, sus calzadas están llenas de negocios, el bullicio de las cornetas de los vehículos, la gente agitada, y el ruido de las motos hacen de este lugar muy particular, su movimiento es constante.

To get to the shopping center I go out through the Sabana Grande Metro station and at the end of the boulevard I see the Previsora tower, crossing to the left I find on each side of the sidewalks, an infinity of businesses, dozens of parked motorcycles, which as a curious fact are not in sales, they are motorcycles working in various activities and waiting to be called to move staff, merchandise or other needs, since the area is a financial and commercial place and there are many working people.

Para llegar al Centro Comercial salgo por la estación del Metro de Sabana Grande y al salir al final del bulevar se observa la torre Previsora, al cruzar a la izquierda me encuentro a cada lado de las aceras, una infinidad de negocios, decenas de motos aparcadas, que como dato curioso no están en ventas, son motorizados que trabajan en diversas actividades y esperan que los llamen para trasladar personal, mercancía u otra necesidad, dado que la zona es un lugar financiero y comercial y hay mucha gente trabajadora.

When I arrived at the mall, I went to the agency Móviles, a telecommunications company that provides services and product sales, at this time they have a free promotion for this month, to change the chips to 4G users, when I entered the offices I found that it was crowded with people, I had to wait a long time. I could not complain, while I was waiting, everything flowed very fast, they attended me promptly and I had to wait my turn. Then they assisted me; fortunately I did not have any inconvenience, I had to wait for my husband. He was in the same process.

Al llegar al Centro Comercial, me dirijo a la agencia Móviles, una empresa de telecomunicaciones que presta servicios de atención y ventas de productos, en estos momentos tienen una promoción gratis por este mes, para cambiar los chips a los usuarios y usuarias a 4G, al entrar a las oficinas me encontré que estaba abarrotada de personas, me toco esperar un largo tiempo. No pude quejarme, mientras esperaba, todo fluía muy rápido, atendían con prontitud y me tocó aguardar mi turno. Luego me asistieron; afortunadamente no tuve ningún inconveniente, me tocó esperar a mi esposo. Él, estaba en el mismo proceso.

I took advantage of this time to walk around, take my pictures and visit some stores; like any shopping mall, it has many establishments of recognized brands, I could see six levels, you have options to go up by internal elevators, escalators or aerial elevators, it has restaurants of different gastronomy. It has seven movie theaters, a food fair, considered the largest in Venezuela and a well known gym, plus a convenient parking lot.

Aproveché este tiempo para caminar, sacar mis fotos y conocer algunas tiendas; como todo centro comercial, cuenta con muchos establecimientos de marcas reconocidas, pude observar seis niveles, tienes opciones de subir por ascensores internos, escaleras mecánicas o ascensores aéreos, cuenta con restaurantes de diferente gastronomía. Posee siete salas de cine, una feria de comida, considerada la más grande de Venezuela y un gimnasio muy reconocido, además de un cómodo estacionamiento.

Adjacent to it is the renowned Hotel Melia Caracas, where diplomatic officials and various personalities stay, it is a meeting place for many people.

También le brindan al público en general actividades de entretenimiento y recreación, que organizan para el disfrute de la familia, es muy visitado por muchos turistas. Adyacente a él se encuentra el reconocido Hotel Melia Caracas, donde se hospedan funcionarios diplomáticos y diversas personalidades, es un lugar de encuentro para muchas personas.

El Recreo Shopping Center is located exactly on Casanova Ave. Caracas-Venezuela, it stands out for being one of the tallest buildings in the sector.
