Good day all, today I'll be talking on the types of pollution, of which Air pollution comes first.
Types of pollution
There are basically 7 tupes of pollution, which are: Air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution, soil pollution, thermal pollution, radioactive pollution, and light pollution.
- Air pollution: this is the type of pollution where tje air present is contaminated by carbon substance or other pollutable agents.
Sources: Discharges from vehicles, modern exercises, power plants, horticulture, and the copying of petroleum derivatives and biomass.
Pollutants: Particulate matter (PM), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), unstable natural mixtures (VOCs), and ground-level ozone (O3).
Impacts: Respiratory and cardiovascular infections, corrosive downpour, exhaust cloud, environmental change, and harm to untamed life and living spaces.
Alleviation: Outflow controls, cleaner fills, sustainable power, further developed vehicle productivity, public transportation, and guidelines like the Spotless Air Act.
