A few days ago my mom cooked her famous broster chicken, she learned this recipe when she went to a restaurant and asked for this dish, she liked it so much that she came back to our house determined to learn it and so she did and now it is one of the favorite meals of everyone in the house, so yesterday I asked her to teach me how to prepare it so I could show it to you today and this was the result.

- Dientes de ajos (4).

Empezamos Picando el pollo y es importante que no le quiten el cuero, ya que la grasa que contiene este hará que el pollo quede más crujiente. Aliñamos el pollo con los dientes de ajo machucados, los condimentos de su preferencia, sal y si quiere orégano.

en un plato se esparce la harina de maíz y con ella se recubre el pollo, no debe quedar muy rebosado de harina y para que no quede así se debe sacudir antes de lanzarlos al sartén o freidora.

En un sartén se vierte el aceite y sofreímos el pollo hasta que quede bien cocido por dentro y dorado por fuera, es importante no ponerlo a llama muy alta, ya que lo que se podría ocasionar es que se queme en el exterior y quede crudo por dentro.

Sacamos el pollo del sartén o freidora, yo lo hice de las dos formas para ver como quedaba mejor, pero sinceramente la única diferencia que note es que en la freidora estaban más rápido que en el sartén, pero del resto quedaron igual.
