En esta ocasión le mostraré cómo convertir una camisa de caballero talla "L" en una hermosa blusa de hombros descubiertos y cintura fruncida con la orilla suelta. ¡Manos a la obra!.

Today is sewing Monday and I wanted to share with you one of the things I love most about sewing, the tranformations of recycled men's shirts, it's amazing the beautiful blouses we can get out of them, especially the blouses that are peasant type bare shoulders. This time I will show you how to turn a men's size "L" shirt into a beautiful off-the-shoulder blouse with a gathered waist and a loose hem. Let's get to work!.

Primero retiré el bolsillo de la camisa.
First I removed the shirt pocket.
Después corté la parte superior de la camisa, por la mitad de los hombros, corté las mangas hasta el largo deseado y la parte de abajo de la camisa, según el largo deseado, en éste caso el largo total de la busa fueron de 40 cm.
Then I cut the top of the shirt, in the middle of the shoulders, cut the sleeves to the desired length and the bottom of the shirt, according to the desired length, in this case the total length of the busa was 40 cm.
Luego hice un ruedo tipo lechuga por la orilla del escote, las manga y la orilla inferior de la camisa.

Antes de pegar el elastico, saqué la curva de la cintura para pronunciar bien la figura del cuerpo.

Una vez terminado los ruedos y la curva de la cintura, procedí a coser por la parte de adentro de la orilla del escote, el elástico de 1 cm de ancho, dejando una pequeña orilla, de tal manera que se orserve el ruedo tipo lechuga.

Para fruncir el contorno de cintura utilicé el hilo elástico, con el cual hice nueve líneas en todo el centro del contorno de cintura, con una separación de 0,5 cm ente cada una de ellas y dejando 8 cm de ruedo suelto.
