Today has been one of those days where everything just seems to go wrong,I woke up feeling so exhausted, all thanks to a late night visit to a friend's place, After months that we have not seen each other, we had a lot to catch up on and also time just flew by really fast.

So as I went about my morning routine, trying to shake off the tiredness , and I realized I had a lot on my plate, From just working out to feeding my daughter breakfast, it was already looking like it was going to be a busy day.

After I was done with that , I went to a corner to sit down and to think about what I was going to write, my sister rushed in, frantically saying she couldn't find her phone, She had been charging it at our neighbor's house, a place we have been using for over a year without any issues, We have always trusted the people there, and it has been a convenient spot to charge our phones.l and any gadgets at all

That was when our search for the phone began, she at first thought my other sister took it but , that was the case ,cause it was my other sister who had gone to charge it along side her own phone and my power bank because we had light issues and so it was clear that an external person had come removed the phone from.where it was charging.

We tried calling the phone and it was switched off , which confirmed out suspicions that it was really stolen by someone because the phone wasn't dead ,nor was the battery low whatsoever.

So after some investigation, we narrowed down our search to a young boy who had been seen around the area, he had been seen in the woman's shop when everybody person were inside the woman's house, So with the aid of one of our neighbour we went to his aunt's shop, where the boy was supposed to be, but he was nowhere to be found , we told the aunt what happened which got her so tensed , the aunt had to make some calls to track him down, and eventually, the boy was brought to the shop. At first, he denied taking the phone, but after some persuasion, he finally confessed ,funniest thing was he wasn't even up to 15 years old , he was a very small boy. I had thought it was a big person from the description , but he was nothing like that .

We followed the boy to his house, where he had hidden the phone, Thankfully, we were able to get the phone back without any damage, so as we walked back home, I could not help but think about the lesson we have to learn from it.

I'm all i'm just gratitude and relief , and that we were able to recover the phone, and no harm was done, It was a hectic day, but in the end, everything worked out.

Also ,Happy holidays to all the Muslims , we shall all always have reasons to celebrate everyday of our lives
