Fostering business growth has been the long-sought attitude and learning for all investors and business tycoons, both the current ones and those to be in the future. It doesn't just end in finding but also after being found, applying what was found to make the elevated phase of a business a more rewarding one. It isn't enough to be a business owner; rather, it is enough for the business to be growing in all perspectives and to see the intended outcome of the growth. Just like if one is pregnant, the protruding abdomen is a sign to prove that one is pregnant, attributing that to growth in business; it isn't hidden if a business is actually growing.
Comparing what we see in business world today, many businesses lack significant growth, not necessarily because of the capital, location or type of business, but rather because the administrators and overseers of the business aren't doing the needful so that the business growth would be seen and the required result would be gotten. Most businesses we see today crumble and fall just after a year or months of their start, with the loss being a tremendous one and heavy enough to be forgotten easily because the trauma it has left and the open space it has gotten both physically and mentally is such a vaccum that will take time to be filled and an injury that will take some time to heal.
To foster business growth, it takes more than just capital; it takes more than advice heard or going to business school; it even takes more than what has been sold or the location of the business; it gathers all these and adds more to it, resting on the mindset too. A business might not have a physical location but is experiencing magnificient growth such that if it had a physical store, envy from competitors could have been in. A business might have ended physically but hasn't ended in the mind and though the first start wasn't good enough, the return would be feared because the necessary corrections and inquiries have been made for a fresh start.
Learning From the Experienced
There is a wise saying that goes off as "Knowledge is Power". It is both practically and mentally proven that one's action and reaction are based on to what extent one actually knows. Though there may be doubts about this, the truth stands all alone. There are things that can be gotten from head knowledge and don't need to be asked of by anyone, and if applied instantly, the intended result would be gotten effectively. Also, there are things that can only be learned or gotten from experience.
Being experienced doesn't necessarily mean that one read a particular guideline in a business book and then stores it so that, if asked, the person's statement would be based on established facts. As a matter of fact, what is written on business books as facts is just pure lies and assumptions that, if given the free ground to test run them, they are lies. For something to be factual, it means that it has been thought without measure, practically proven and measured.
Learning from the experienced connotes that the experienced person, as the subject matter, has gone through the odds, the ups and downs and the measures and steps to be taken such that he or she comes up to say that a way is just the right one regardless of what people will say. One of the things that validates the result of the experienced is the scars, which, when pointed out, reflect the exact experience.
Only those who are experienced of ups and downs, bad auras, losses, and mental degradations in business but have recovered are permitted to stand tall and one takes advice from them because they have put in the work and gone through the hoopholes, which validates their result and the claim of a way that is best to be followed to get a result in business growth.
