An evening walk

    Since my last complaint about park goer, that was like 4 years ago i think? I have changed to a different direction. Nowadays i spent my free time at the Menjalara public park, which has a lake.

    I come here during weekend morning, or weekday evening. Nowadays, evening seems to be my preference as we have less occupants during the evening.

    Why do i come to public park instead of going to the expensive residential area? Well, theres enough senior people around here. And nowadays i am only doing walking instead of running. Choose to have a crowd which walk the speed i can match seems to be a better choice.

    We have much less young runner, therefore we have less shoe lace always untied bastards that suddenly stopped at the middle of the walking path. We also have less reverse runner whom try to show off to their girlfriend.

    My take on morning and evening workout, i have this idea in my mind. Metamorphosis is the key. During the day, all trees has been producing oxygen, therefore workingout in the evening allow me to have more oxygen? Morning benefit is, we do the workout first, before anything can come and distract us.

    Other than all that, i prefer evening due to less crowd, so i can spend a quality me time, to think about my work, my life and sometimes a nice catch up with my friends over the voice messages whilst I'm doing my walk.

    Anyways, I'm just stopping by to write this up, hopefully to keep myself motivated and still doing workout for many years to come.
