Hey their splinterbuddies. Another week of Social Media Challenge engagement for the lover of the game - SPLINTERLANDS. I hope you had a great weekend and start the new week with a positive vibes!

First, let's see what is going on with the general sale right now.

    image.png

    • Almost 2.8 million packs are out in the open. Good or Bad situation? That is the time can answer. Anyways I am just a normal player so let the dev problem this thing. lol.

Moving on. Lets see the situation on the Secondary Markets for Rebellion Booster packs at this time around thru Tribaldex.

    image.png

    • The secondary market is now showing the "less demand" situation. The price is gettinf cheaper right now so i guess that the active players preferred to get specific cards for their collection rather than gamble in opening packs. This is just my opinion though.

Well, Market is really based on buyer and seller thing, the demand and the production. An unpredictable flow of situation to me. This maybe the effect of the new update regarding the Ranked Battle of the game. We'll see later if this situation will become in a positive or negative effect to Splinterlands. For sure that there are guys thinking and making decisions between to quit or to stay. We will really see when time comes.

Okay, as for the main purpose of this blog, I am going to share a RAGE battle sample in an Earthquake Ruleset.

    Ruleset:

    image.png

Earthquake in 35 Mana Capacity. Dragon would be my team in here. You see, Earth splinters are available for use and most of the time (in bronze league) when this ruleset is active, I generally see Quora that was guarded by the Martyr Skilled cards on both sides. Then if you understand what i mean, you get the full story. lol. But I would like to see if the RAGE card is formidable enough to be the opponent of such Quora Line-up.

    My Team

    Mana Cap: 5Mana Cap: 3Mana Cap: 16Mana Cap: 7Mana Cap: 3Mana Cap: 5
    Level 1Level 2Level 2Level 1Level 3Level 2

Choosing Dragon team and Akane as the summoner, I am playing aggressively here for I will choose the Ambush buff of the said summoner. Blackmoor Nymph is placed in front to absorb some damage when the battle starts. It can deal a magic attack too so I am using it. Venari Marksrat and Fungus Flinger were placed side by side to Rage to use their martyr ability later boosting the ferocious dragon. Then I am placing Regal Peryton on the backside. As you can see, I did not chose any support cards for this round. Just a pure attacking power and evading the earthquake ruleset that Rage and Regal Peryton are capable of.

    The BATTLE:

    image.png

Owkei, so as you can see, the Quora entourage was here with a bit of a twist. Venari Marksrat was not beside Quora and boosting other group of cards. I am also fighting a Dragon team here. Let's see what is the ending.

    Round 1

    image.png

Got the boost from Venari Marksrat for this round and made Rage a 5 damage Magic dealer. The void Dragon of the opponent is also a great tank in this situation. Let's continue.

    Round 3

    image.png

This round is where RAGE boosted 2x. with Regal Peryton doing minimal damage, to the side, My team is keeping its ground. One thing to note here is Quora have not yet Boosted yet, The Armor Buff of Queen Mycelia is a hindrance i believed.

    Round 5

    image.png

And a blast of 6 magic damage is not Quora's survival ability can cope at. The Rage wins.

    • So with the changes happening in the game right now, Cards, gameplay etc., It's another time for your tactics and knowledge to cope up. You see, It's not just love for the game is always your key to survive here in WEB3 universe, you should always learn to know adjustments and adaptation. If in real life love alone cannot feed you, i think it is also applicable in here. Face it, low level cards have the low chance of moving up leagues so you need to really upgrade and fight your way up. That's just my opinion, if you have better idea, well good for you. :D
