Saludos a todos los panas de la comunidad. Hoy quiero compartir con Uds. un tema que nos afecta a todos en el mundo: la emigración y especialmente a todos los jóvenes que por diversas razones han tenido que salir de su país natal. A mí me tocó emigrar y no quiero hablar de mi experiencia que fue como todas las que escuchamos, pero sí reflejar sobre el tema.

Today I want to share with you a topic that affects all of us in the world: emigration and especially all young people who, for various reasons, have had to leave their native country. I had to emigrate and I don't want to talk about my experience, which was like all the others we heard, but I do want to reflect on the subject.

En los países que estuve veía a muchos jóvenes trabajando en cualquier labor y me preguntaba que lo más seguro, nunca habían lavado los platos o plancharon su ropa, siempre tenían la comida calentita en la mesa a lo mejor eran estudiantes del último año de la universidad o recién graduado para luego ocupar un importante cargo en una empresa, nunca se mentalizaron para otra cosa ahora están regados por todo el mundo.

In the countries I was in, I saw many young people working at any job and I wondered that most likely, they had never washed the dishes or ironed their clothes, they always had warm food on the table, maybe they were students in their last year of university. or recently graduated to then occupy an important position in a company, they never had the mentality for anything else, now they are scattered all over the world.

Cuando tenía la oportunidad, les preguntaba de dónde venían, qué hacían, cómo se sentían. Algunos eran ingenieros, médicos, administradores, abogados, trabajando de meseros, secretarias, taxistas, almacenistas hasta altas horas y todos los días. En sus ratos libres compartían con los amigos algún vino o cerveza escuchando música, creaban los lazos familiares con los vecinos o con los compañeros del trabajo, veían a las señoras como su mamá, su único contacto con sus seres querido era el whatsaap o Facebook parecían alegre, pero en el fondo estaban tristes.

Some were engineers, doctors, administrators, lawyers, working as waiters, secretaries, taxi drivers, warehousemen until late hours and every day. In their free time they shared some wine or beer with friends while listening to music, they created family ties with neighbors or coworkers, they saw the ladies as their mother, their only contact with their loved ones was WhatsApp or Facebook, it seemed. happy, but deep down they were sad.

Pienso que todos esos jóvenes que están pasando trabajo y están echándole un camión de ganas van a hacer una gran generación porque son profesionales, pero a la vez están aprendiendo una gran lección de humanidad, otras culturas, otras voces, están aprendiendo a ganarse el sustento con el sudor de su frente, será una generación más fuerte, más bondadosa, respetaran al otro sin importar su condición.
