Traditional Thai desserts that have been passed down for generations. Every time I eat it, I think of my childhood memories.
Hello, my lovely friends. Today, I will introduce a traditional Thai dessert menu that is both delicious and healthy, which is Kluai Buad Chee. In addition to its sweet and delicious taste, Kluai Buad Chee is also rich in vitamins and minerals from Kluai Nam Wa, which are very beneficial to health. When I think of this menu when I was a child, my mother would often make Kluai Buad Chee for me to eat regularly. The deliciousness of soft, fragrant, and creamy bananas mixed with fragrant, creamy coconut milk has made Kluai Buad Chee one of my favorite Thai desserts to this day. This is the origin of planting bananas in the garden.
Ingredients and components
• 1 bunch of ripe bananas
• 1 liter of fresh coconut milk
• 300 grams of brown sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 3 to 4 pandan leaves
Ripe bananas with soft, sweet, and creamy flesh will make it even more delicious.
Prepare the ingredients. Peel the bananas and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Then wash the pandan leaves with clean water and cut them into pieces or tie them as you prefer. Measure out the sugar and salt and let's get started.
How to make
Place the container on the electric stove, then add coconut milk, followed by brown sugar. Use a spatula to dissolve the brown sugar completely. Wait until it boils, then add pandan leaves. Simmer until it boils until you get the aroma of pandan leaves. The aroma of coconut milk and pandan leaves go together very well, so fragrant.
Next step, add the prepared bananas gradually until all are used up. Then add the coconut milk. Use a ladle to mix again so that the coconut milk is well mixed. Boil until the bananas are cooked and soft.
Use medium heat when making desserts.
When it is cooked, turn off the stove. The bright yellow color of the ripe bananas contrasts with the milky white color of the coconut milk, making this cup of banana in coconut milk look very delicious. Making banana in coconut milk is not difficult. If you have all the ingredients, you can make it at home.
Prepare a cup, decorate with flowers in the garden and mint leaves that I planted in my own area. It looks delicious. Ready to serve. This menu is a menu to end the dinner with a well-rounded Thai dessert like Kluai Buad Chee. The sweetness of coconut milk mixed with soft bananas and the fragrant aroma of pandan leaves makes Kluai Buad Chee a favorite of everyone in the house. Today, I have to say goodbye for now. See you next time. Thank you for following and supporting.
