Hey Actifit Frens! Today I had a very long and epic day at work and got in a nice little short walk with my dog at lunch. After work today, I jumped on the indoor cycle and got a good uphill cycling workout in. I also did my push-ups today. I hope you enjoy the daily meme and have a nice day.
