    Julley Everyone,

A beautiful day out here in the sky I would say!

    The Journey.

Beyond Kullu and the the Kullu Valley. We were about to reach Bijli Mahadev. A holy Place of Lord Shiva. Just right at the centre of the whole valley. With the most peaceful and extraordinary views of the peaks of Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar Mountain ranges of Himalayas.

    IMG_1015.jpeg

It was truly a magical place just right between the two Himalayan Mountain Ranges. A Peak between the valley of Kullu region.

    The Trail beyond Karate Village.

    IMG_0977.jpeg
It was some-where weren we were just few miles away our destination. Through a dense forest and the woods of Deodar Himalayan Trees led to a pathway to the Magical Place known as Bijli Mahadev.

    IMG_0976.jpeg
The forest itself had a magical vibe to it! The the blowing of breeze and the moments of the leaves it was something that we cloud actually feel for real and even we would literally feel and hear the breeze.

    IMG_0979.jpeg
The colours of the Nature were as bright and heavenly as they cloud get! The whole trees seemed like that it was of different colour but it was all of the sunlight and the shade that showed upon its was.

    IMG_0981.jpeg
Passing through such heavenly woods was something that would make anyone think and wonder at the same time! Wonder about life! About nature and about being so and so close to the nature that a human being could ever get.

    The first Stair.

    IMG_0983.jpeg
After hiking for quite a while through the dense forest we reached this place. It was called as the first step of Bijli Mahadev. There were few of the shops. Made up of 'Tarpal' a temporary one as during winters this place used to get covered under a thick blanket of Snow.

So maybe that was the reason why few and most of the shops were closes due to the fall season over here as sending a night at this place during winter season was truly tough and hard.

    IMG_0986.jpeg

Onto our left what ever we could see were these endless Meadows turned up into a yellowish tint that from a lush green ones.

    IMG_0987.jpeg

Onto our right were the Endless views of the Peaks of Pir Panjal Himalayan Ranges.

    IMG_0988.jpeg

There still was the same trail through which we came through and it seemed like that It would take up to the top of the Mountain where we cloud get the view of the whole valley. So was it true. The trail was till the top and the views of the same looked something like this.

    IMG_0990.jpeg

    IMG_0991.jpeg
From the top as we looked closer there was a small formation of pond maybe by the people who uses to stay over here it order to save the waters of monsoon and rains so that tis place would not lack the scarcity of water as there was not river of stream flowing nearby and it would be difficult for the animals to drink water when ever they want. Though the dry season of Autumn over here even the water in the pond seemed dried up.and would be only a relief at the time and after the first snowfall.

Clear Skies led to the clear Views.

    Summit.

Though it was a short hike but the views from the summit were truly extraordinary.
There were the views of the two valleys of Kullu Region. Onto the right was the whole Kullu valley and onto our left was the Magical Views of Parvati Valley.

The mighty peaks of Pir Panjal Range were also visible especially the Peaks of Deo Tibba and Indrassan. It was the only time of the year when this kind of would cloud be seen as most of the time the valley is covered with the clouds and this part of the year is considers best for day hikes.

    IMG_0994.jpeg
Only for the day hikes I would say, As it would be kinda dangerous and risky spending a night at the higher altitude during the pre winter season as it it nearly unpredictable that who snows we would be under a snowfall. So thats the reason that it is advised to hike during this season but avoid camping. A single day journey makes the expedition a bit harder as we have to summit the same day and even approach to the starting point at the same day.
