Le cuento que vivo en Venezuela, en la región nororiental del país a orillas del mar caribe y aquí vivimos casi los 365 del año a pleno sol y con un calor que no es normal. Imagínense, en mi caso, yo estoy con la menopausia y además del terrible calor normal del ambiente, también sufriendo los sofocos 😵💫 eso es para volverse loco .

En mi caso siempre llevo una botella de agua congelada y una toalla de manos con que envuelvo la botella para que no se deshiele tan rápido, así que aprovecho el frescor de la toalla y me la colocó en el cuello, en la frente o debajo de los brazos para minimizar el calor del cuerpo y sí estoy en la casa me baño largo y tendido con agua fresca.

Y para responder a la segunda premisa tengo una anécdota súper graciosa de cuando mi hermana se graduó de medico en la Universidad Central de Venezuela, su graduación fue en el aula magna y yo estaba súper emocionada con todo el acontecimiento, nos tocó estar en el balcón, justo arriba de los graduandos, pero mis padres, mis hermanos, mi hijo y yo estábamos sentados en la última fila del balcón, ya teníamos eso todo el día y mi hermana no había comido nada, yo como siempre tenía un chocolate metido en la cartera y se lo fui a dejar caer por gravedad a mi hermana, que estaba justo abajo del balcón, yo bajé los escalones para acercarme a la orilla y en una de los escalones se me enganchó el tacón del zapato y este salió volando, un muchacho trató de atraparlo, pero yo me lancé a por él y lo atrapé en el vuelo y seguí caminando como si tuviera tacón 🤭, pero cuando salimos de allí, parecía que se me había espichado un caucho y estuve toda engalanada caminando descalza y tomándome fotos y todo sin zapatos.
