A cloudy afternoon, rain droplet falls, made me craving for something to eat. Checking the pantry and I found noodles for soup as what we called sotanghon.
Defrost some part of the chicken and cooked. I used onions, ginger, garlic, chicken cubes and black pepper to enhance the best soup. Im around 20 minutes, I made it and how I am sweating , sipping the delicious homemade soup. All the time, I told you to cook better than buying online. The cost is lesser and we can save the expenses.
