"A day without laughter is a day lost", does anyone else agree with this phrase? Because I do, 1000%. This is my mood every day, at any time, not only at work but also where I train or wherever I go out.

All the people I have surrounded myself with, and continue to surround myself with, have a very good sense of humour and that is what is important to take into account. Nowadays you see a lot of people stressed by some situation, and although I don't say that I don't get stressed because it happens to me, I try not to let anything affect me at all nowadays. Why not? Because it's not worth it. It's not worth being in a bad mood, it's not worth having a bad day by choice, it's not worth being serious all day.

I have come to think that I can spend a whole day laughing without getting tired. It has happened to me often and I am happy that way. At school I was criticised a lot for the same thing, because I was the one who laughed the most in the class and I always responded to my classmates by saying "It's not my fault that you are bitter, without a sense of humour" 🤷🏼‍♀️, then as time went by, they accepted me like that.

Being a laughing person is not a bad thing, so if you're my team, don't be ashamed to cry and cry with laughter. Be happy no matter what anyone says, show yourself as you are. Laughing is one of the things I love to do the most, and I also love to be made to laugh. 🤗

”Un día sin reír, es un día perdido”, ¿Alguien más está de acuerdo con esta frase? Porque yo si, al 1000%. Este es mi mood todos los días, en cualquier momento, no solo en mi trabajo sino también en donde entreno o a donde quiera que salga.

Todas las personas de las que me he rodeado y sigo rodeando, tienen un muy buen sentido del humor y eso es lo que a fin de cuentas hay que tomarle importancia. Hoy en día se ven muchas personas estresadas por alguna situación, y aunque no diga que yo no me estrese porque si me pasa, trato de que nada me afecte en lo absoluto hoy en día. ¿Por qué no? Porque no vale la pena. No vale la pena estar de mal humor, no vale la pena tener un mal día por decisión propia, no vale la pena estar serios todo el día.

He llegado a pensar que, puedo pasar todo un día riendo sin cansarme. Me ha pasado a menudo y soy feliz así. En el colegio me criticaban mucho por lo mismo, porque era la que más se ría en el salón y yo siempre les respondía a mis compañeros diciendo “No es mi culpa que ustedes sean unos amargados, sin sentido del humor” 🤷🏼‍♀️, luego con el pasar del tiempo, fueron aceptándome así.

Ser una persona risueña no está mal, así que si eres de mi team, no te avergüences en llorar y llorar de la risa. Sé feliz sin importar el qué dirán, muéstrate tal y como eres. Reír es de las cosas que más amo hacer, y también amo que me hagan reír. 🤗
