Our day was super busy.We fixed phones,sold chargers and helped tons of people. Our small shop where we fix gadgets and sell phone stuff was finally quiet.The last person left and then we put away our tools and we made the shelves neat.We were tired but happy that we got a lot done then We started to clean up like we do every day.
Sweeping the floor,wiping down counters and also organizing the remaining stock it was a routine we knew well.But today,something felt different.A intense sense of camaraderie hung in the air and shared feeling of relief after a particularly busy day.We were a team,a small crew bound by our common love for all things tech and the shared hustle of the retail world.

Then,Ma'am Ariane,our ever generous employer broke the silence.Alright team,she announced with a warm smile spreading across her face. You all worked incredibly hard today.How about dinner? My treat! Sounds perfectly ☺️.
A collective cheer erupted.It was the perfect end to a long day.We piled into Ma'am Ariane's car then the air filled with excited chatter.Our destination the Palawud Resto Grill a local favorite located along Banago Road in Bacolod City Negros Occidental.
Palawud which translates to seaward in Hiligaynon promised a feast of fresh seafood and grilled delights.As we pulled up to the restaurant first thing the will welcome was the inviting aroma of sizzling meats and seafood filled the air instantly whetting our appetites.The open-air dining area with its rustic wooden tables and warm,ambient lighting,created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved meal.
We settled into a large table,ready to indulge.The menu was a treasure trove of Filipino culinary delights

They had Grilled Bangus (Milkfish) a Filipino classic the bangus they aslo had Grilled Squid,Shrimp Gambas,Scallops they also had the famous kinilaw ( The Filipino ceviche),Sinigang na Hipon (Shrimp in Sour Broth) a comforting and tangy soup, perfect for a cool evening.And of course the
Baked Talaba (Oysters) the best seller of Palawud Resto Grilled.
How Much?
Palawud is also known for its budget friendly prices.You can also enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.there food ranges from 200 pesos to 500 pesos per person,depending on your order.Seafood prices also vary depending on the market price ensuring you get the freshest catch.
We ordered a feast a veritable smorgasbord of Palawud's best offerings. The grilled bangus with its delicate flavor was a hit. The shrimp gambas,bursting with garlic and chili was devoured in minutes.The grilled squid,tender and smoky was another crowd favorite.And of course the Chicken Inasal was a must a reminder of Bacolod's culinary pride.
As we ate,we talked and laughed,sharing stories from the day.We recounted the funniest customer encounters the most challenging gadget repairs and the little victories that made our work worthwhile.The atmosphere was relaxed and jovial a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the store.
Ma'am Arianel joined in the conversation,sharing her own experiences and insights.She treated us not just as employees but as friends as part of her extended family.It was a reminder of the strong bond that connected us a bond built on shared experiences and mutual respect.
They also perform a fire dancing to entertain the guest which is very effective and the performer was really talented.
As the sun dips and the sky explodes in colors.Oranges, pinks and purples dance across the horizon.You are dining right by the beach the sand cool beneath your feet.
Palawud offers more than a meal it is also an experience.Relax,savor the moment and let the beauty of the sunset wash over you.It is also simple pleasure that perfectly served.
The food was delicious the company was even better.We ate until we were full and savoring every bite.As the evening drew to a close,we thanked Ma'am Arche for her generosity and headed back to her car,our stomachs full and our spirits lifted.
