Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain where health is wealth, nice coming your way again through my Actifit Report Card.
Sufficient for each day have it's own goodness, happiness and badness. And of course there is little you can achieve for the day.
Looking at my plan schedule I found out that the day is my baby's vaccination appointment day at the Health Center, so we got prepared early in the morning so as to take him there.
As soon as we finish dressing him up and ready for the auntie who will be taking him there to dress up, he doze off again, so we allow him to sleep.
Once the auntie finished up, I help them get a cab to take them to Itam Health Center while I will be joining them later once I am done with some house chores.
Am now ready, so I hit the road and took my fitness walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam through Calaba Itu High way to access Itam health center road which is close to Itam International Market.
There I met with other mothers and care givers who have equally brought their children for the vaccination exercises. Then I locate my baby with the auntie where they sat waiting for the exercise to commence.
While waiting one of the workers approached me and try to explain the new online government birth certificate registration portal which is fill using my national identification number (NIN) or that of the mother with other details. So I follow through and get it filled and submit. Then I was directed to do the paper documentation and capture.
Lectures on exclusive breastfeeding were also delivered alongside other do and don't information for the mothers and care givers.
At the end, the vaccination was given and the boy cry uncontrollably so we needed to take him home at once so that the mother can breastfeed him since she was a bit down.
The day went well and I Recorded over 2300 steps to keep fit and healthy in the land of the living.
