    Truth-o-Meter

A 1-minute plank every day for 365 days gives you 6 hours of planks in a year. What do you think that would do to your body? No matter how small, don’t ever underestimate the time you put aside for exercise. It all adds up.

    What Was I Up To?

I started with a Rosary and some asks/requests in the name of Jesus 😊.

    Runs | Walks | Cardio

Today I was out for a walk and did a two kilometer in gentle pace. I am getting back to exercise and this was one of the best things to do.

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

    Today’s workout was at home.

    1. I heard of the famers walk and had to try that out. I did it with my two 12.5 kg dumbbells. I held and walked with it for a minute each.
    2. Some arm curls for the biceps.
    3. Did a set for the triceps.
    4. Wound up with shoulders.

    Energy Exercises | Ho’oponopono | EFT | Meditation | And more

I had to get on with a few Ho’oponpono sessions around my general start of the day. Fruitful.

Here is my write-up on Ho’oponopono for those interested in learning more.

    And That Was A Wrap!

I am keeping the pace easy since I started after nine months. I will require just a week to get back to rhythm.

    Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records, but it is interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.

Have a look at the video here:

The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head.

    😊
