Not a bad day for training. It was slightly drizzly when I went for a 3.5 mile jog which was pretty good, I wasnt too hot nor cold, also kept most people indoors leaving the streets fairly empty.
However, this morning at around 6am I did a really early weightlifting session. Lasted for about an hour as I had to do some work, but all in all a good day for training.
