Los ingredientes fueron 50gramos de nutrí chicha
50gramos de leche completa
50gramos de avena en hojuelas

Lo primero que hice colocar el agua en la licuadora, después le coloque los 50 gramos de nutrí chicha, después los 50 gramos de leche, luego los 50 gramos de avena en hojuelas y por último los dos cambures, licué todo por 3 minutos, después lo coloque en mi vaso nuevo jajajaja estrenando mi vasito de vidrio espectacular y bueno eso fue todo de verdad que quedó muy rico espero les guste chao amigos gracias por leer hasta aquí mi post espero compartir más batidos.
