Again, another escape at midday to run with the dog along the river...
The temperatures have dropped compared to yesterday and it is a little windy, which has helped me go up the river but I suffered when going down.
In the end it was 7 km of trail in just 35 minutes, it wasn't bad but I would have liked to have done a longer activity...the problem is that it is difficult, even for me, to combine work and sport sometimes.
In any case, it is better to do little than do nothing, especially to release stress.
