Mi querida amiga y un nuevo neceser (Eng-Esp)

I was just thinking that a friendship grows in so many ways.... There are people we met once and then we got hooked. There are others that we started to bond through the art we call work. And still others that after not getting along well, (type: "I didn't like you" 😄) are now inseparable.

In the case of my friend Mariana, our friendship began and has grown thanks to the art of sewing. My friend makes beautiful bags. She made my backpack that I use so much and I love it.

I really like the materials she uses to make the bags, as well as the sewing finishes she does and the details she adds to each piece. They are not only resistant and of good quality, but you can also see the love and dedication with which she does her work.

I had a long time needing and wanting a practical and pretty toiletry bag (cute as I like 🥰) to keep my toiletries in my purse. Actually it was one of my pending sewing projects, but I had not been able to do it.

These days I was very surprised, because my friend sent me a package and along with it an audio in which she told me that thinking of me she made me a beautiful toiletry bag and she was sending it to me as a gift.

To make it she used canvas fabric, a fabric that is commonly used in school backpacks, so it is strong. It is also very well lined on the inside and has a seam cover so that the seams are not visible to the naked eye. The handle and the key ring closure are made of semi-leather fabric which is also very good and doesn't crack. And it's combined with pink! Which I love so much. My friend is the best, don't you think? 😻

A beautiful gift symbolizing several things that unite us: our dear friendship and our immense love for sewing. Don't you think it's one of the most beautiful things you've ever seen? 💜

Estaba yo pensando en que una amistad crece de tantas formas... Hay personas que conocimos una vez y de una quedamos enganchados. Existen otros que empezamos a unirnos a través del arte que llamamos trabajo. Y otros más que después de no llevarnos bien, (tipo: "no me caías bien" 😄) ahora son inseparables.

En el caso de mi amiga Mariana, nuestra amistad empezó y ha crecido gracias al arte de la costura. Mi amiga hace unos bolsos demasiado bellos. Ella me hizo mi morral que tanto uso y me encanta.

Me gustan mucho los materiales que usa para hacer los bolsos, así como también las terminaciones de costura que le hace y los detalles que le agrega a cada pieza. De verdad que no solo son resistentes y de buena calidad, sino que además, se nota el amor y la dedicación con la que hace su trabajo.

Yo tenía mucho tiempo necesitando y queriendo un neceser que fuera práctico y bonito (o sea bien cute como me gusta 🥰) para tener dentro de mi cartera mis cosas de higiene personal. En realidad era uno de mis proyectos pendientes de costura, pero no lo había podido hacer.

En estos días me sorprendió muchísimo, pues mi amiga me envió un paquete y junto con él un audio en el que me decía que pensando en mí me hizo un hermoso neceser y me lo estaba enviando de regalo.

Para hacerlo utilizó tela de loneta, una tela que es usada comúnmente en morrales escolares, así que es fuerte. Además, está forrado muy bien por dentro y tiene su tapa costuras para que estas no se vean a simple vista. El asa y el llavero del cierre están hechos con tela semicuero que también es muy buena y no se cuartea. ¡Y está combinado con rosado! Que tanto me gusta. Mi amiga es de lo mejor, ¿No creen? 😻

Un bonito regalo símbolo de varias cosas que nos unen: nuestra querida amistad y nuestro amor inmenso a la costura. ¿No les parece que es de las cosas más bellas que han visto? 💜
