I have said in a few previous topics that I love mushrooms very much. I think mushrooms, when used as a sauce in many dishes, give a very delicious taste to that dish. Today I prepared a pasta sauce with chestnut mushrooms and tomatoes. I had a great taste. You should definitely try it. :)
Necessary ingredients for this, (The recipe is for 1 person.)
Up to 150-200 grams of mushrooms. (I love the brown chestnut mushrooms, but you can use any type of mushroom you want as most mushrooms taste similar.)
Half a pack of pasta. (Spiral pasta is my favorite.)
1 tomato. (2 if you want the tomato to be intense)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of thyme and red pepper.
First of all, we throw our pasta into the boiling water and start cooking. Then, you start to fry the mushrooms that you chopped as follows, in the pan. While the mantas are frying, we peel the skin of the tomatoes and finely chop them. After 3-4 minutes, the mushrooms start to come out of water. Wait until this water boils in the hot pan. After the water is over, add the butter and mix the mushrooms. Then add salt, pepper and thyme and mix. Add the sliced tomatoes in the same pan. When making mushroom sauce, it must be cooked in our pasta. After frying the mushroom sauce for another 1-2 minutes, add it to the pasta in the pot. All right. Our pasta with mushrooms and tomatoes is ready. Nice flavor for dinner. :)
