Así fue mi semana de regreso al trabajo [Esp/Eng]

Saludos queridos amigos, feliz fin de semana para todos ustedes, como ya sabrán acá en Venezuela fue llamado al regreso a clases desde el día siete de enero y pues no sé cómo sería en otros lugares del país pero acá en la isla y principalmente en mi colegio fue así tal cual pueden observar en las siguientes fotografías, fueron días totalmente desolados en la institución. La mi matrícula de asistencia de estudiantes fue totalmente nula y la del personal bastante baja.

Greetings dear friends, happy weekend to all of you, as you may know here in Venezuela was called back to school since January 7th and I do not know how it would be in other parts of the country but here on the island and mainly in my school it was like this as you can see in the following pictures, were totally desolate days in the institution.
My enrollment of students attendance was totally null and that of the staff quite low.

La verdad la razón de esto no lo sé, pero pienso que podría ser porque está era una semana que se esperaba que pasara algo importante en el país, o simplemente por la poca motivación y entusiasmo tanto de los niños como del personal en empezar las actividades. Yo no les puedo decir que cumplí desde el primer día, pero los tres días que asistí sentí que fue algo innecesario y una perdida de tiempo, pues sin Los jóvenes en el colegio no veo cuál sería mi función de estar allí sentada.

The truth the reason for this I do not know, but I think it could be because this was a week that was expected to happen something important in the country, or simply because of the lack of motivation and enthusiasm of both children and staff to start the activities.
I can't tell you that I complied from the first day, but the three days I attended I felt it was unnecessary and a waste of time, because without the young people in the school I don't see what my function would be sitting there.

Les confieso que tampoco tenía muchas ganas de ir pues me costaba pensar en dejar a mis niños nuevamente, pero también pensaba en los niños que estarian esperando por mi, y en los padres que con esfuerzo habían enviado a sus hijos al colegio, que se quedarán esperando por mi. Así que el miércoles me fui y me encontré con esta imagen tan triste, el colegio totalmente desolado, creo que entre obreros, administrativos y docentes no habían ni 20 personas.

I confess I was not looking forward to going either as I was having a hard time thinking about leaving my children again, but I was also thinking about the children who would be waiting for me, and the parents who had painstakingly sent their children to school, who would be left waiting for me.
So on Wednesday I left and I found this sad image, the school totally desolate, I think that between workers, administrative and teachers there were not even 20 people.

Pero bueno a pesar de que fue una semana poco productiva, ya nos entregaron la planificación del segundo momento académico para así cada uno como profesor organizar nuestras planificaciones y confiando en iniciar con todas las pilas el lunes. Y pues como no me encontraba sentada sin hacer nada me sali muy temprano y me di una vuelta por la población para regresar a casa al encuentro con mis pequeños.

But even though it was not a very productive week, we were already given the planning of the second academic moment so that each one of us as a teacher could organize our planning and trusting to start with all the batteries on Monday.
And since I was not sitting around doing nothing, I left very early and went for a walk around the town to go back home to meet my children.
