It more satisfying when am able to learn from others and to also share my work with you all.
Its been a great weekend and am glad because i had a little time to spare .
Today i decided to make used of the remaining fabric i had sew for my baby
At first i wasn't so certain of the particular style.
After some deep thoughts,i came up with a crop top and a gather skirt.
I started with arranging the fabric
I cut it out in a rectangular shape since my intentions was to create gathers style for the skirt.
I took my daughter's waist measurement
I sew through the fabric
After sewing through i decided to drag the excess thread from the sides
This dragging pulled the fabrics and made it looks a gather fabric
After that,i decided to create waist band for the cloth
I took the same measurements with the waist measurements.
After the waist band i decided to join and close the fabric by sewing through
And the last thing was to insert the zip.
Which i did and finally my skirt was ready
For the crop top,i took my daughter's measurements,i took her half-length, shoulder,bust,round sleeve and length of sleeve
and length.
I added lining to it and i joined the shoulders and sew.
And my crop top was almost ready.
From the fabric,i cut out tha hands,sew and attached it to cloth
And here is the skirt and blouse.
Am glad my daughter was full of joy as she saw her cloth
Dhe rocked it well and i was glad.
I knew that my efforts wasted in vain because i has spend hours and hours just to complete this particular dress
I spent more than 10hours because of other challenges.
But am glad it's was worth it.
