RULESET: Fog of War - Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge!

This week's Splinterlands Battle Mage secret is Fog of War. I was delighted with it, so I decided to share my battle with you because I came up with a good strategy for this battle.

I've been waiting for a battle with the ruleset Fog of War, and finally, I got one.

But it was somewhat challenging to plan for this battle because the mana cap was very small.

    My Team

    Summoner: Obsidian Level 6

Xenith Monk - Level 6; Abilities: Heal, Void
I placed Xenith Monk in the tank position because of its abilities Heal and Void. With the small mana cap and the Fog of War rule, I assumed the opponent would use magic attacks. Since there are no small mana units with significant magic attacks, I expected its power to be around 2.

Goblin Psychic - Level 8; Abilities: Tank Heal, Affliction, Silence
I wanted to support the heal of my tank, so I placed Goblin Psychic. Its silence ability will make Xenith Monk's abilities more resilient to magic. In case the opponent uses healing, its affliction ability will cancel out its healing ability.

    Xenith Archer Level 6
With only 2 mana left, I decided to put an archer in the back for attack support.

    Opponent's Team

Summoner: Zeddica - can summon Water and Death Units
    Tank: Torrent Fiend Level 1
Daigendark Surveyor Level 5; Abilities: Magic Reflect, Slow
Daarg Deadblast Level 2; Abilities: Weapons Training, Speed, Triage
Merdaali Guardian Level 6; Abilities: Tank Heal, Repair
Chaos Agent Level 5; Abilities: Dodge
    Corpse Fiend Level 1

    Round 2
Daigendark Surveyor was defeated, and my tank Xenith Monk is still standing. Goblin Psychic got damaged by 2 due to the magic reflect ability of Daigendark Surveyor.

    Round 3
Deadblast was defeated, and there are only 3 units left in the opponent's team. The opponent's team lost their speed buff.

    Round 4
Merdaali Guardian and Chaos Agent were immediately defeated, leaving Corpse Fiend as the only unit in the opponent's team.
