Love is a beautiful thing especially when you get to experience it with the right person or persons and at the same time it could be a total disaster with the wrong person. There are plenty of admirable love stories and marriages that are the envy of many while some are nothing to write home about. This is why I admire my dad and mums relationship that has lasted over 30 years in marriage with beautiful kids. It has been a blissful relationship of love,affection,growth,unity,oneness, resilience,hope and all. No marriage or relationship is perfect ,there is definitely going to be excesses from both partners but what makes them stronger is the ability find a mid point and one person has to bend for the other,all for peace to reign.
Looking at most of the occurrences we experience in people's marriage of this century, it really nothing to write home about except for the few that is standing strong. The urge to to possess expensive Material things have made people venture into the wrong relationship all in the name, the fake lives that people claim to live on social have psychologically affected most of our youth to believe that without money love cannot exist or thrive in this world. Often times, one of the characteristics or features that people look out for interesting a relationship from their partners is the fact that they have enough to go around and fund the lifestyle they please.
Nothing is actually real. Anymore and for a relationship to stand the test of time, it requires both partners to build a deep connection one that has to do with growing together physical, spiritually, emotionally and intellectual. Truly love is never enough to build a long lasting relationship talk more of marriage as it require more like respect for your partner, building together, discussing issues as they come, be understanding, trusting and so on. It may sound difficult but if people are willing to give their time and exercise patience , when it's not toxic things can actually fall in place.
It's so scary that as an intentional and a positive seeking kind of person should fall into the hands of of wrong relationship. One thing I joined most in a love relationship is domestic violence the method of someone beating a full grown adult, I really can't take it. And in our contemporary world most people tend to just accept this bad characters some people have. For instance I was going through social media, and I stumbled upon a lady who was telling her story about how she met her husband who is now a ex husband she explained of how it was all Rosy at the first instance when they were in a relationship or do she notice that he flares up at every little altercation. Although she dismissed these red flags and went ahead to marry him.
Upon marrying the man, it practically went from just been angry to result in domestic violence. When she could not take it anymore she had to leave the marriage to save her life. Hopefully, those who really deserve the happiness and peace in their marriages get to end up with a partner that has the same vibe to offer.
