Hi everyone,
I woke up this morning feeling very weak and unable to lift a finger, probably because I went to bed late last night and didn't get enough rest. I had to get up earlier than usual, around some minutes past 4:00 a.m., because I have a lot of chores to attend to.
My big sister and I have been away from home since Wednesday; we went to our other siblings' place to get our hair done and couldn't return home for some reasons. We got back home on Friday, and on Saturday, we went to attend a Christian program and returned very late and tired, so we went to bed without cleaning up. Everywhere was messy with a lot of dirty dishes to wash, so I had to wake up very early.
Even though I won't be going out today, I chose to wake up early because I want to clean up and finish my chores on time so I can relax and spend some moments with friends.
I started by sweeping our compound, and then proceeded to a neighboring street to clean up some trash and dispose of it properly. Surprisingly, there wasn't much trash to clean up, and I was happy that people are learning not to litter.
After picking up the trash, I headed back home to dispose of it. Below are some pictures from my cleaning activity. Have a lovely day, friends
