Esta rutina la hice el día Viernes, el día de los 131 Burpees, la combiné con 500 Saltos de cuerda y 100 Flexiones, ahora la rutina era 100 Burpees + 500 Saltos de Cuerda y 100 Flexiones, sin tiempo, la idea es hacer todo el entrenamiento, como me tocaban los 131 Burpees hice lo mío, luego todos los saltos de cuerda combinando 200 Seguidos + 150 Dobles saltos de cuerda y luego las 100 Flexiones corridas, esto fué super intenso, las pulsaciones están a millón, pero se siente brutal💪 que opinan? Se lanzan esta rutina?💪🔥
