Today I want to show through a tutorial, how to make a beautiful mini crochet bag with the figure of Zingu, the beautiful and charismatic character of the game holozing. I hope you like it.
This mini bag can be used as a gift at children's parties as cotillions, I know that children will be happy with this beautiful gift.
The materials to be used for the realization of the Zingu woven bag are the following:
- Knitting yarn , colors: white, black, yellow and orange.
- Knitting needle, number 3.
- Scissors.
- Wool needle.
- Blue button.
- 2 black beads for the eyes.
- Liquid silicone.
Steps for the realization of the mini crochet bag inspired by the character Zingu:
- Take the black yarn and needle, make a magic ring , pick up three chains, make inside the magic ring 12 high stitches and finish the round with a slip stitch.
- For the second row, knit two double crochets in each stitch for a total of 24 double crochets.
- Once the 2nd row is finished, we proceed to the 3rd row, we raise a chain of 4, in the second stitch we knit a medium high stitch, then a single crochet and finish with a slip stitch, with this we finish the first flap.
- In the next stitch we knit a single crochet, then another single crochet. We are going to make 4 more single crochet stitches. To make the other flap do the same thing.

- We have already knitted the body of Zingu the penguin, now we are going to make the face, we make a magic ring, inside the ring we knit 12 single crochet stitches.
- For the second round, we pick up three chains and in the same stitch we knit a double crochet, in total there will be two double crochets, now we knit the stitches that follow the single crochet, when there are two stitches left to finish the round, in the first stitch we knit a double crochet and in the next one another double crochet and then a slip stitch. Now we have the face of Zingu.
- Now with white thread and the wool needle, we sew the black eyes, the yellow beak and the orange part of the head.
- Then with liquid silicone, we glue the body of the face, we also place the blue button on Zingu's face.
- Now we have Zingu ready, we need to make the mini bag.
- To make Zingu's legs, we change the orange yarn, we start by raising chains of three, then we knit three high stitches, we knit a picot stitch. And at the bottom and at the back we take a slip stitch. - We do the same with the other leg.
- To make the mini bag, we knit a chain of 20 stitches and make 10 rows, when we have it ready we fold it and with the same needle we sew on both sides. We make a chain of 16 stitches.
- Finally we glue with silicone the mini bag of the Zingu character.
