Living in a cozy chalet in Les Gets, France
Hello dear friends of Hive and especially Liketu! It's been a long time since I've been here, and you don't know how difficult it has been to upload the photos through the specific platform of the DAPP.
Well, some time ago I made these shots especially for Liketu, because suddenly I found myself immersed in a little house of stories and I thought this community was one of the nicest to share this post.
My little house in Les Gets is as you can see in the pictures, a kind of cabin full of wood, which in that part of France is known as chalet.
All the workers were staying in different chalets of the same company and I was lucky enough to be in one big enough for the 5 people who would be living there.
In fact, the place has 3 bathrooms, and we used 1 for every two girls and we had as a companion a guy who had his own bathroom.
The chalet where I would stay, is called Rocade, and the first floor is intended for workers, while the upper floor is arranged for tourists.
The decoration is beautiful and it has details that I didn't have in my house in Argentina, like a dishwasher (that's the next thing I should buy wherever I move to).
The place turned out to be very cozy, and not only had excellent heating in each of its spaces, but also, being all wood, it provided a warm feeling permanently.
I shared a room with my co-worker, Lauren, and Ava, Emma and Jonas live in the cottage.
The living room at Rocade features a Pop Art painting of a skier. That painting reminded me how important the contemplation of art is for the encounter with calmness, as more than once I found myself enjoying the beauty of that work.
To give you an idea, it wasn't until 3 months into working for this company that I learned that the company was deducting 30% of my salary to pay for this accommodation.
We were told it was included in the contract, but in the end neither the housing, nor the food, nor the ski pass (which I don't ski), were included, but they were deducting it from us.
Anyway, without knowing it, I paid for a nice room in the mountains of France and I was able to enjoy this beautiful experience, never lived before.

Viviendo en un acogedor chalet de Les Gets, Francia
Hola queridos amigos de Hive y en especial de Liketu! Mucho tiempo sin pasar por aquí, y es que no saben lo difícil que ha estado subir las fotos por la plataforma específica de la DAPP.
Pues bien, hace un tiempo hice estas tomas especialmente para Liketu, pues de pronto me vi sumergid en una casita de cuentos y me pareció que esta comunidad era una de las más lindas para compartir este post.
Mi casita en Les Gets es como pueden ver en las fotos, una especie de cabaña repleta de madera, que en esa zona de Francia se conoce como chalet.
Todos los trabajadores estábamos disfribuidos en diferentes chalets de la misma compañía y yo tuve la suerte de estar en uno bastante grande para las 5 personas que viviríamos allí.
De hecho, el lugar cuenta con 3 baños, y usábamos 1 por cada dos chicas y teníamos como compañero a un chico que tenía su propio baño.
El chalet donde yo me quedaría, se llama Rocade, y la planta baja está destinada a los trabajadores, mientras que la alta se dispone para los turistas.
La decoración es preciosa y cuenta con detalles que no tenía en mi casa de Argentina, como lavavajillas (eso es lo próximo que debería comprar donde sea que me mude).
El sitio resultó ser muy acogedor, y no solo tenía una calefacción excelente en cada uno de sus espacios, sino que además, al ser todo de madera, brindaba una cálida sensación permanentemente.
Yo compartí habitación con mi compañera de trabajo, Lauren, y además en la casita viven Ava, Emma y Jonas.
La sala de estar de Rocade cuenta con un cuadro perteneciente al estilo Pop Art, que nos muestra a un esquiador. Ese cuadro me recordó lo importante que es la contemplación del arte para el encuentro con la calma, pues más de una vez me encontré disfrutando de la belleza de esa obra.
Para que tengan una idea, no fue hasta 3 meses de trabajar para esta compañía que me enteré que la empresa estaba descontándome el 30% de mi salario para pagar este alojamiento.
Nos dijeron que estaba incluido en el contrato, pero al final ni la vivienda, ni la comida, ni el pase de esquí (que no esquío), estaban incluidos, sino que nos lo descontaban.
En fin, sin saberlo, me pagué una bonita habitación en las montañas de Francia y pude disfrutar de esa bella experiencia, nunca antes vivida.
