Hola queridos amigos de Hive y de esta maravillosa comunidad de Hive Book Club, espero se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un excelente y productivo día jueves. En este bello día les comparto mi segundo libro favorito de Paulo Coelho “A Orillas del Río Piedra me Senté y Lloré” una historia que te deja cautivado desde la primera página y que desde la primera vez que leí me fascinó, tanto por su trama como por sus enseñanzas, algo que siempre ha caracterizado al autor en sus obras es que nunca faltan enseñanzas de cualquier índole y en esta oportunidad nos muestra en esta bella historia de amor el rostro femenino de Dios . Esta historia es narrada por la protagonista y divida por fechas, desde el inicio de si viaje hasta el final y está inspirada en el Salmo 137 “Junto a los Ríos de Babilonia, Allí nos sentábamos y llorábamos, acordándonos de Sión”.
Pilar, una chica normal que vive en Zaragoza a quien un amigo de la infancia le envío un mensaje para verse en Madrid donde iba a dar una conferencia. El ya no es el mismo que conoció hace tantos años, es famoso y habla sobre cosas que ella no entiende, pero aún así para tener algo de lo que hablar cuando llegue a Zaragoza ella acepta hacer un viaje con él y es aquí donde empieza la travesía ya que empiezan a descubrirse secretos, tanto de él como de cosas ocultas dentro de ella misma que no sabía que existían. Su compañero le enseñará a ver a través de si misma, a conocerte mejor, a renovar su fe y sobretodo a conocer el amor y es por esto que van en un viaje desde Madrid hasta Francia donde cada sitio que visitan a lo largo del viaje tiene una gran enseñanza, es un viaje de descubrimientos que Pilar no sabía que necesitaba pero que se volvió muy importante.
A Orillas del Río Piedra me Senté y Lloré es literalmente el sitio donde termina la historia, pero también es “A Orillas del Río Piedra me Senté y Sonreí”, por las enseñanzas recibidas, tanto de ella misma como de “La Gran Madre”. Es una historia que nos enseña del amor de Dios hacia nosotros, de algunas cosas cotidianas que nos alejan de Él y sobre la pareja, el amor sin condiciones que se tienen y como darlo, aceptarlo y seguir los sueños. Una historia bellísima de amor que así como me ha cautivado a mí espero que también los cautive a ustedes.

Her companion will teach her to see through herself, to know herself better, to renew her faith and above all to know love and this is why they go on a journey from Madrid to France where every place they visit along the trip has a great teaching, it is a journey of discoveries that Pilar did not know she needed but it became very important.
