Beyond what is trendy in the world of fashion, tattoos, being permanent, will always be part of the outfit of those who wear them. In any case, whether to show them off or not, depending on the area where they are located, will be an option.
In the world of showbiz, it is common to see men with huge tattoos, standing out on their voluptuous muscles, perhaps making them feel powerful or, as is common for most people, they are just products of a moment when they wished to have a memory in ink etched on their skin.
Generally, the excitement of the tattoo fades over time, as seeing it daily, the feeling (and I say this from my own experience) is as if it has been there since you were born, unless it starts to fade or has an adverse reaction, which, if it happens, will only be at the time of getting it done.
So, not necessarily does a tattoo intentionally become part of a specific outfit. However, many characters for film and TV are envisioned by their creators with tattoos, and that's why the makeup team is dedicated to applying and removing body stickers on them for filming moments.
As a result, trends have emerged that transition to the public, and on more than one occasion, a design crosses the screen to be seen by many who watched the movie and want to perpetuate that memory.
In the case of women, there have been some tattoos seen on the red carpet, more minimalist in style, and in less visible places for the most part, although some are bolder and wear them fearlessly, as in the case of Angelina Jolie.
And just as I was writing this post, I got curious about whether Madonna had any tattoos, given that her life has been quite tumultuous and full of controversies, and I was surprised to learn that her first tattoo was at 62 years old!

One thing that could perhaps be asserted is the existence of trends in the world of tattoos, as certain events are immortalized depending on when they occur.
For example, after the Qatar World Cup, many Argentinians (and I say this because I have seen it living here) tattooed the World Cup with the 3 stars representing the titles won throughout this event.
Another trend is to put the names of loved ones, often parents, children, and sometimes partners, though the latter not always turning out to be a good idea, as if a breakup occurs, they immediately look for a way to get a cover-up to not have a visible reminder of what once was.
Designs featuring anime characters and some common memes also fall into the trends regarding tattoo preferences, so although not part of the fashion world, they could fit into the concept of what's "in."
When speaking of fashion, it's not just about clothing, but a whole concept that goes hand in hand with culture and artistic movements, so tattoos are not exempt from this: new trends, new nuances, new techniques. Thus, many may not look fashionable, but they won't be something that goes out of style.
Más allá de lo que resulta tendencia en el mundo de la moda, los tatuajes al ser permanentes, siempre formarán parte del "outfit" de quien los porta. En todo caso, lucirlos o no, dependiendo de la zona en la que se encuentren, será una opción.
En el mundo de la farándula, es común ver a los hombres con tatuajes enormes, que destacan en sus musculaturas voluptuosas, quizás los haga sentirse poderosos o como en el común de las personas, son solo productos de algún momento en el que desearon tener un recuerdo en tinta grabado en la piel.
Por lo general, la emoción del tatuaje se va pasando con el tiempo, pues al verlo a diario, la sensación ( y lo digo por mi ) es como si eso estuviera ahí desde que naciste, a menos que empiece a decolorarse o que tenga una reacción adversa, lo cual de suceder, será solo al momento de hacerlo.
Así que no necesariamente un tatuaje forma parte intencional de un outfit particular. Sin embargo, muchos personajes para cine y TV, son visualizados por sus creadores con tatuajes, y por ello el equipo de maquillaje se empeña en colocarles stickers corporales de quitar y poner, para los momentos de rodaje.
De ello, si se han generado tendencias que pasan al colectivo, y en más de una ocasión, algún diseño traspasa la pantalla para ser visto en muchos de quienes vieron la película y desean perpetuar ese recuerdo.
En el caso de las mujeres, se han visto en la alfombra roja algunos tatuajes, más de corte minimalista, y en lugares poco visibles en la mayoría, aunque algunas son más osadas y los lucen sin temor, como es el caso de Angelina Jolie.
Y justo mientras escribía esta publicación, me entró la duda con respecto a si Madonna tenía algún tatuaje, ya que su vida ha sido bastante atribulada y llena de controversias, y me he llevado la sorpresa que su primer tatuaje fue a los 62 años!

Una de las cosas que quizás se podría afirmar, es la existencia de tendencias en el mundo del tatuaje, ya que ciertos hechos son inmortalizados dependiendo del momento en el que ocurren.
Por ejemplo, luego del mundial de futbol de Qtar, muchos argentinos ( y lo digo porque viviendo acá los he visto) se tatuaron la copa mundial con las 3 estrellas que representan los titulos obtenidos a lo largo de este evento.
Otra tendencia es colocar el nombre de los seres queridos, en muchos casos de los padres, los hijos y a veces de las parejas, aunque estos últimos no siempre resulten una buena idea, pues si se presenta una ruptura, de inmediato buscan la manera de realizar un cover para no permaneces con un recordatorio visible de aquello que no fue.
Los diseños con figuras de anime y algunos memes comunes, también forman parte de las tendencias en lo que respecta a los gustos por los tatuajes, por lo que sin pertenecer al mundo fashion, pudieran entrar en el concepto de lo que está de moda.
Y es que al hablar de moda, no solo se hace referencia a la vestimenta, sino a todo un concepto que va de la mano de la cultura y los movimientos artísticos, así que el tatuaje no escapa de ello: nuevas tendencias, nuevos matices, nuevas técnicas. Así que puede que muchos no se vean fashion, pero no serán algo que pase de moda.
