    When you get older, your stomach comes out.
    As you get older, your muscle mass decreases and your basal metabolism decreases. Even if you eat the same amount, you will gain more weight than before.
    Fat is easily accumulated, but when you are young, it usually accumulates in the subcutaneous fat, but as you get older, your stomach builds up more in the visceral fat.
    As you get older, your activity decreases, making it easier to be stored as fat.
    My stomach came out bulging, too.
    It's not good to gain weight, gain belly fat, and build fat in your belly.
    Then it can become a vicious cycle and cause various diseases.
    When fat builds up in the abdomen, the body's chances of developing insulin resistance increase. In other words, the risk of diabetes increases by more than three to five times.
    So how can I reduce my stomach fat?

    You need to increase your protein intake. This will maintain muscle mass and help you burn fat.
    You should reduce your intake of white rice, flour, and sugar.
    You should avoid late-night snacks.
    Soda, snacks, and fast food are the main culprits of fast-growing visceral fat.
    You need to reduce fat through aerobic and strength exercises.
    You need to improve your lifestyle. You need to get enough sleep, reduce stress, and drink plenty of water.
    I know it too well, but it's not easy to put it into practice.
    I'm determined to reduce belly fat by changing my habit of becoming lazy and improving my eating habits and exercising.
