Nunca está de más insistir sobre la importancia del tiempo en tu vida.
Sí, en tu vida, en todo lo que haces; mucho más cuando se trata de las inversiones de tiempo y de dinero que hacemos para crear emprendimientos.
Esta semana he dejado pasar oportunidades maravillosas para realizar trabajos muy bien pagados, simplemente porque no he podido gestionar mi tiempo y no me he podido comprometer a cumplirlos.
Es uno de los graves problemas que tenemos los que trabajamos como freelancers, y que no estamos sometidos a un determinado horario.
¿Cómo hacer para que este gran bien, el tiempo, por el que siempre cobramos, sea bien administrado y aprovechado?
Estrategias con muchos caminos
Sí, es verdad, son muchos los caminos que tenemos que cuidar recorrer a la hora de comenzar a emprender o para mantener un negocio funcionando, un emprendimiento y la misma creación de contenido.
No podemos bajar la calidad ni tampoco dejar de ingeniar estrategias para que conozcan nuestro emprendimiento y el producto que promovemos.
En nuestra comunidad de @beentrepreneur, en estos momentos existen artículos importantes como, la estrategia del producto mínimo viable o explorando el mercado mínimo viable de @emylight y @yaroschain; también, las estrategias para la fijación de precios y cuando estas estrategias no funcionan qué hacer, de @the-lead y @damarysvibra.
Pero también podemos ver temáticas para un pensamiento de poder, como la que nos ofrece @irvinc sobre el cuidarnos de la negatividad, la perseverancia, la organización y la coherencia, de @davchi2.
Respecto a la organización, la importancia que nos merece el tiempo está íntimamente ligada con la capacidad que tenemos de organizarnos, para tener la oportunidad de acercarnos a nuestras metas de la forma menos costosa posible.
Estilos de vida que agotan
Si nos contagiamos por la forma en cómo estamos viviendo en la modernidad, vamos a dejar de lado muchas de las cosas importantes a la hora de desarrollar nuestros sueños y metas.
En las redes observamos ritmos de vida acelerados y agotadores, donde la tranquilidad prácticamente nunca está presente.
La gente pareciera buscar las fiestas, las reuniones, el mal llamado disfrute de la vida, con viajes constantes y compras frecuentes; sin embargo, todo eso es la consecuencia de un trabajo organizado y de una gestión de tu tiempo eficiente.
No podemos producir sin tener una estructura organizada en nuestras vidas que nos permita hacer el dinero suficiente para luego disfrutar holgadamente de nuestra existencia.
Y, por otro lado, ninguna de las actividades que propone el hombre en la actualidad, podrán ser disfrutadas sin que este tenga tranquilidad mental.
La tranquilidad o ausencia de estrés, ligada a una buena productividad que te permita tener calidad de vida; y el tiempo, que es uno de los grandes pilares de los negocios que, para esto, debe ser administrado.
¿Qué acciones proponemos?
Antes que nada, entendamos que las actividades que realizamos con pasión siempre van a darnos la sensación de poco tiempo gastado, así como lo contrario, las actividades que son pesadas siempre van a durar más, en cuanto a la sensación del tiempo.
Por lo que, propongo que seamos conscientes de la sensación que manejamos sobre el tiempo que tenemos en nuestro día a día.
¿Cómo hacemos para tener un sentido de realidad en cuanto al tiempo? Pues, organizando tareas, priorizándolas, reduciendo las tareas innecesarias, dedicando más tiempo a aquellas que son más productivas.
No olvidemos la Ley o Regla de Pareto, que especifica que el 20% de las actividades son las que generan el 80% de nuestros ingresos, por lo que debemos hacernos de técnicas para administrar nuestro tiempo correctamente en las actividades productivas, es decir, filtrar.
Además de las prioridades, es importante que auditemos nuestras actividades, que sepamos cuáles son las que deben finalizarse y en qué espacio de tiempo; cuál debe ser rechazada o delegada, porque también debemos aprender a delegar.
Planificar es importante porque permite relacionar nuestro trabajo y esfuerzos con cada objetivo que tenemos.
Hoy en día poseemos herramientas digitales que ayudan a administrar nuestro tiempo; existen muchas en las redes como, por ejemplo, estas que nos sugiere Solunion de México, que espero que la revises.
Es un área a cuidar
Evidentemente, manejar y dominar la organización de tu tiempo no es suficiente para que puedas tener un emprendimiento exitoso, pero es muy importante, porque generalmente pagamos por el tiempo que consumimos al realizar un trabajo.
Y porque, además, el tener la tranquilidad de poder crear en el tiempo correcto, va a hacer que te desestreses y que seas más productivo.
Organizarnos siempre va a ser el paso primordial ante cualquier actividad que tengamos, y lo más importante, entender que las decisiones tomadas siempre tienen consecuencias, y una de esas consecuencias es el tiempo que nunca vamos a poder recuperar una vez que hemos tomado una decisión y actuemos.
Recuerda, trata de procrastinar lo menos posible y, si lo haces, busca la causa.
Aprende a decir que no, diferencia las actividades a realizar cuando comienza el día y cuando este termina, y haz las cosas más difíciles al principio.

People seem to look for parties, meetings, the misnamed enjoyment of life, with constant travel and frequent purchases; however, all this is the consequence of an organized work and an efficient time management.
We cannot produce without having an organized structure in our lives that allows us to make enough money to enjoy our existence comfortably.
And, on the other hand, none of the activities that man proposes today can be enjoyed without having peace of mind.
The tranquility or absence of stress, linked to a good productivity that allows you to have quality of life; and time, which is one of the great pillars of business that, for this, must be managed.
What actions do we propose?
First of all, let's understand that the activities that we perform with passion will always give us the feeling of little time spent, as well as the opposite, the activities that are heavy will always last longer, in terms of the feeling of time.
So, I propose that we should be aware of the feeling that we manage about the time we have in our day to day.
How do we do to have a sense of reality about time? Well, by organizing tasks, prioritizing them, reducing unnecessary tasks, dedicating more time to those that are more productive.
Let's not forget the Pareto Law or Rule, which specifies that 20% of the activities are those that generate 80% of our income, so we must have techniques to manage our time properly in productive activities, that is, filtering.
In addition to the priorities, it is important that we audit our activities, that we know which ones must be completed and in what period of time; which ones must be rejected or delegated, because we must also learn to delegate.
Planning is important because it allows us to relate our work and efforts to each objective we have.
